What to Expect:

 

Our artists typically paint or twist for 10–12 children per hour, depending on design choices and age group.  Simple designs allow us to accommodate more guests within the booked time.  For larger groups, we’re always happy to recommend additional time or an extra artist to keep things moving.

Why Is There a 12-Kid Maximum?

Why does JOLLI Faces Studio limit parties to 12 kids?​

Our studio parties are intentionally designed for a small, boutique experience. Limiting parties to a maximum of 12 children allows us to keep the space comfortable, safe, and well-organized while giving each child quality time to enjoy the activities.​​

With fewer kids, lines move faster, artists can focus on fun, high-quality designs, and every child has a chance to participate without feeling rushed. It also helps keep the party calm and enjoyable for kids, parents, and staff.

Is this a safety or space issue?

Yes — our studio has a defined layout to ensure safe movement, proper supervision, and a positive experience for everyone. The 12-kid limit helps prevent overcrowding and keeps the party flowing smoothly.

Can we make an exception?

We’re unable to exceed the 12-child maximum in our studio. If you’re expecting a larger group, we’re happy to recommend an off-site party option or help customize a solution that fits your needs.

What if we’re close to the limit?

For groups near the maximum, adding extra time or an additional activity station (subject to availability) can help ensure everyone gets a turn — without increasing capacity.​​

What If We Have More Than 12 Kids?​

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-managed experience in our studio, JOLLI Faces Studio parties are limited to a maximum of 12 children.

If you’re expecting more than 12 kids, here are your options:​

Option 1: Book an Off-Site Party (Recommended)

We’re happy to bring the JOLLI Faces experience to your home, backyard, or event venue, where we can accommodate larger groups and customize staffing and entertainment accordingly.

Option 2: Extend the Party Time (Studio Only, If Available)

For groups close to the 12-child limit, adding extra time may help ensure everyone gets a turn.

Extra time: $150 per hour

Subject to availability

Please note: additional time does not increase the studio capacity limit.​​

Option 3: Add an Additional Entertainment Station (If Space Allows)

In some cases, adding balloon twisting, a glitter bar, or a craft station can help with flow and reduce wait times. This option is subject to studio layout and staff availability.

How many kids can you paint?

Face painting is time-based, not per child.

Most artists paint:

10–12 kids in 2 hours

15–20 kids in 2.5 hours

Do you paint full faces?

Yes! JOLLI Fun Party Package and JOLLI Wow party Packages include full-face designs, glitter, and popular characters.​

 

Do you customize balloon colors?

Absolutely. We can match your party theme and color palette. Subject to additional fees.

Do you stay for cleanup?

Yes, our JOLLI Faces Party team will set up and clean up for your event.

Is a deposit required?

Yes — a $50 non-refundable deposit secures your date.​

 

What if I need to reschedule?

We offer one complimentary reschedule with advance notice (subject to availability).
