By signing up and taking part in this balloon workshop, you agree to the following:

1. Understanding the Risks:
I know that this workshop involves using balloons, inflators, adhesives, and other materials. There are some risks, such as latex allergies, popped balloons, minor injuries from sharp objects, or tripping. I understand these risks and agree to take responsibility for my participation.

2. Release of Liability:
I agree not to hold JOLLI Faces or anyone working with them responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that happen during the workshop.

3. Legal Responsibility:
If my actions cause any problems, I will cover any costs or legal fees that come up, including attorney fees.

 

4. Health Responsibility:
I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating. If something happens during the workshop, I will get medical help on my own.

5. Photo/Video Permission (Optional):
I agree that JOLLI Faces can take pictures or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes. If I don’t want to be recorded, I will let the organizer know in writing.

6. If Under 18:
If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or guardian and take full responsibility for their participation in the workshop.
